Assessment
Please bring your item into our store and our trained staff will make a visual assessment and advise on what work needs to be carried out. If you are happy with the assessment, then we can book your jewellery in complete with a ‘proof of condition’ photo and a receipt.
Secure storage & transportation
Your jewellery is precious to us. The item will be safely stored in the safe until it is repaired by our Goldsmith.

Quality control and return to store
Upon return to store, we will closely examine the jewellery repair to ensure it has been completed to a high standard.
